Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NexFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. NexFlow provides payment infrastructure and routing services for businesses integrating cryptocurrency payments.

2. Description of Service

NexFlow provides:

  • Smart payment routing across multiple providers
  • Integration with Coinbase Onramp/Offramp
  • x402 facilitator aggregation
  • Multi-chain payment support
  • Compliance screening and velocity limits
  • API access for payment session management

3. Eligibility

You must be a registered business entity and legally able to enter into contracts to use this Service. By using NexFlow, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Non-Custodial Nature

NexFlow is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, pool, or have signing authority over any funds. Payments flow directly from payers to merchants through the selected payment provider. NexFlow is not a money transmitter.

5. API Usage

You are responsible for securing your API keys and credentials. Do not share API keys or embed them in client-side code. You agree to use the API in accordance with our documentation and rate limits.

6. Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of NexFlow complies with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. NexFlow provides compliance tools (velocity limits, address screening) but does not guarantee regulatory compliance for your specific use case.

7. Fees

NexFlow fees are disclosed in your service agreement. Third-party provider fees (e.g., Coinbase fees) are passed through unmodified. We do not add hidden spreads or embedded markups.

8. Limitation of Liability

NexFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
